Taking photos both indoors and outdoors to showcase your Airbnb for Christmas
Taking great photos of your Airbnb is not always easy. Taking quality photos both indoors and outdoors can really help to boost your sales.
You want your Airbnb guests to feel welcome. This photo shows the side of the house where guests have their own, private entrance. This way they can see the architectural layout where they will be entering the home.
Because I want to appeal to customers that will be visiting family for Christmas, I want to showcase my home in the winter-time to give my Airbnb a home-away-from-home feel. This will help encourage customers to book my Airbnb instead of staying at a hotel for the holidays. By posting a photo of the front of the home during the winter, it will help customers find your space more easily.
Landscape architecture is also important. This next photo is of the yard in the snow. I want my customers to know that they will see some amazing sunsets right outside their door.
Be sure to focus on some of the details inside your Airbnb. Indoor architecture is key. Your guest wants to get a feel of the space before they book it.
I like to decorate my bedroom spaces for Christmas as well.
Be sure to show the main space indoor architecture, this way your guests can get a feel for where they will spend most of their time when they book your Airbnb.
